   Order two in yellow and are as the description shows, I lack to use them but in plain view of good quality (I have other purchased on different online site and in comparison they look the same). I'll update my review if I get to have problems in use but right now they have 5 stars.

   Great gum! Fully justifies its value. Very universal.
   You can use as well as ordinary short wide elastic bands (for squats, lifting and removal of legs, etc. D, etc. P.), and you can-for pulling or stretching. You can also adjust the strength of resistance by winding around the legs in 1/2/3 turns. Suitable for hands, (like short) but you can also step on your foot and raise your hand. Exercises are many! Therefore, I consider this rubber band a much better choice.
   Recommend!
